Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. The food was fresh and offered a variety that catered to everyone, making my dining experience excellent. However, the rooms were a bit cold and hard to heat up with the air conditioning.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms, a fantastic bathroom, and free WiFi. The staff were accommodating and helpful, although there were some challenges during the payment process. The location was excellent, near beautiful parks and galleries, while the dining options were a bit ordinary but convenient. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was fantastic, right near Parliament House and other key attractions. The rooms were spacious and had everything I needed, including a comfy bed and a large screen TV. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. However, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of variety. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything from a gym to a delicious buffet breakfast.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were reasonably large and well-appointed with a very nice outlook over the lake as I stayed in a premier corner room. However, some rooms are a bit small and old. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with travel tips. The location was excellent, right in the center of Canberra with beautiful autumn views. The dining experience was recommended, although not up to other hotel standards. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel was in a convenient location near all the tourist places to visit in Canberra. The rooms were spacious with very comfy beds but looked tired and old compared to the photos we saw when booking. The service was polite, cheerful, and helpful, making the overall experience pleasant with attentive assistance. The dining experience offered a large selection of buffet-style food, but some items were disappointing. The facilities provided were average, but the courtyard lunch was enjoyable.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, with lovely balconies. The service was fantastic, with very attentive and helpful staff. The location was excellent, close to family-friendly attractions like the National Library and Questacon museum. The dining experience was top-notch, especially the seafood buffet. Overall, a great value for money.
